This property has the following check-in and check-out times and policies:
RV Chek-In: 1:00 PM
Check-In: 4:00 PM
Check-Out: 11:00 AM
Property and Cancellation Policies :
We reserve the right to cancel or modify reservations where it appears that a customer has engaged in a fraudulent or inappropriate activity or under other circumstances where it appears that the reservations contain or resulted from a mistake or error by the customer or TVR in processing the reservations.
Cancellation policy subject to Rate Plans.
Non-Refundable Rate
- Full payment is due at the time of booking.
- Non-transferable
- Non-refundable if cancelled more than 1 day after booking
Flexible Rate
- Full payment is due at the time of booking.
- Able to be canceled up to 5 days before the check-in date for a full refund.
- Within 5 days of arrival date, reservation is nonrefundable and nontransferable.
- Once outside of refund window, reservations are NON-REFUNDABLE and NO REFUNDS will be issued regardless of circumstances. For example: undesirable weather, travel/road conditions, illness, health-related issues, COVID-19, family emergency, etc.

Teton Valley Resort is located at 1208 W Highway 31, Victor, Idaho 83455
Rates & policies are subject to change and vary during high-impact periods and holidays.
We reserve the right to change or edit a reservation to make sure all our guests have been booked in the proper accommodations. 100% of the payment is taken upon booking.
Smoking:
There is absolutely NO Smoking inside cabins; however designated outdoor smoking areas are available. Guests who violate this policy will be charged an additional cleaning fee of $250
Pet Policy:
A limited amount of Loft Cabins are dog-friendly. Dogs are allowed in Dry Cabins, Tipi's and Glamping. There is an additional dog fee of $25/day per dog. Dogs must be on a leash at all times, clean up after them, and keep them kenneled if left alone in the cabin. We do not accept more than 2 dogs in any one accommodation. RV sites have no pet restrictions. There is a $250 cleaning fee for violating our pet policy.
Service dogs are always welcome.
Release From Liability:
I, the undersigned (hereinafter the Guest) hereby irrevocably & unconditionally release & hold harmless from liability Teton Valley Resort, LLC, its owners, agents, and other guests (all four groups hereinafter known as Releasees) from any & all liabilities, claims, actions, damages, costs, or expenses of any nature whatsoever whether in law or equity, known or unknown, occurring during, caused by, relating to, or arising in any way from my participation at Teton Valley Resort Cabin and RV Park.
I understand that attending a facility in the country may involve participation in physical activities both indoors and outdoors, and certain exposure to wildlife. With these, and all related activities, there is a certain element of risk. By accepting this waiver, I hereby acknowledge that my participation is at my own risk, and that I assume all responsibilities for any and all aspects of participation by both myself and any children who might accompany me. This waiver applies to any and all activities participated in at Teton Valley Resort Cabin and RV Park.
I am aware of the Covid-19 pandemic and related governmental orders, directives and guidelines (collectively “Directives”), including directives for frequent hand washing, social distancing and use of face masks in public locations. I am aware that these activities are occurring in a public location during the Covid-19 pandemic, and also potentially involve pets or other recreational vehicle and cabin activities, and are therefore hazardous activities. I am aware that I could be infected, seriously injured or even die due to Covid-19 or due to other activities while staying on the Teton Valley Resort Cabin and RV Park properties including but not limited to camping and cabin rental activities. I am voluntarily participating in these activities with knowledge of the danger involved and agree to assume any and all risks of bodily injury, death or property damage, whether those risks are known or unknown.
I understand that this Release from Liability irrevocably & unconditionally releases and holds harmless all Releasees from any financial or other liability for any injury, bodily harm, sickness, illness, or loss of life that I as a Guest or my family member or friend may suffer and from any economic harm or loss of property occurring during, caused by, relating to, or arising in any way out of staying at Teton Valley Resort Cabin and RV Park.
I, the undersigned, have read this Release from Liability & understand all of its terms; I have executed it voluntarily or opted-in, with full knowledge of its significance, & intend to be legally bound by it. Children here with me and named below are my responsibility and under 18 while here at Teton Valley Resort Cabin and RV Park. My signature and/or my required opt-in to agree with the terms and conditions for registering and participation at Teton Valley Resort Cabin and RV Park includes them in coverage of this release form.
